To better serve our customers and ensure that our customers know how to arrange default products or missing quantities, please read below.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your customized products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Customized products, such as personalized engravings or custom designs, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error caused by our production team.
Initiating a Return:
If you believe your customized products are eligible for a return, please contact our customer support team within [7] days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order number and details about the issue you are experiencing. Our dedicated team will guide you through the return process and address any concerns you may have.
Return Shipping:
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the product. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect customized product, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. We may request photographic evidence of the issue to assist us in resolving it promptly.
Supply Again:
(1). Within 7 days, the customer receives the product if there are any missing quantities and it is YAZS Metals fault. We will re-create the missing numbers and send them for free.
(2). Within 90 days after YAZS has sent out products, we will help repair any of them that were not up to standard. If the product has a serious quality problem, YAZS will remanufacture and send it back for free or refund to the customer. The customer must provide as many photos as possible to prove the poor quality or default in the product.
Fees&Taxes
(1). Customers shall bear the tariffs and value-added tax incurred in the destination country.
(2). Notice: If the parcel is returned because the receiver refuses to pay the tax fee, we will have to deduct the shipping fee, returning fee, and other related fees when we apply for a refund for you.
Cancel&Change Address
(1). We do not accept any cancel request after fulfillment.
(2). We do not accept any change of shipping address after fulfillment.

For defective products purchased from YAZS Metals, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] within seven (7) working days from the date of delivery.
For information security, please kindly contact us with the email that you used to place an order. The Customer Support Representative will contact you and support you to solve the problems.

Defects
The personalized design is unique. Limited by existing technology and handcrafted manual production.
Minor defects such as uneven coloring, slight scratches, paint drops, or bubbles are normal; if there are serious defects, you can apply for after-sale service [email protected] with the related order number and the pictures of the related figure within seven (7) working days after receiving your goods.
Card&Accessorries
If you receive a product jam or accessories that do not match the design. Please contact our after-sales service in time. We will try our best to solve the problem.
Customized Products
Customized product after-sales rules are subject to specific design negotiations. Return and Refund Cross-border goods do not support any reason for return and exchange Refund Period is 3-7 business days calculated from the refund date.
Return and Refund
1. The customer must check the design drawings with us carefully. Once the drawing is confirmed to go into production. We will not offer any refund or exchange because you change your mind.

3. For goods that meet the return requirements:
(1) They need to be sent back to the specified address together with the related gifts. (The shipping fee should be paid by the buyer first)
(2) The seller will provide a coupon with the same amount according to payment proof of returning fee and the returning tracking number.
(3) The refund will be processed within 72 hours after receiving the returned package.
4. The refund amount will be returned to your original payment account within 3-7 working days calculated from the date the system processes the refund.
5. If the parcel is returned because the receiver refuses to pay the tax fee, we will have to deduct the shipping fee, returning fee, and other related fees when we apply for a refund for you.
FAQ
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
An order can only be canceled before its shipment. Once the parcel is shipped, the order is irreversible and cannot be canceled.
What if the item I received is damaged?
